FWM500 Horizontal Flow Wrapper is applicable to wrapping the solid goods with regular shape, such as Biscuit, Chocolate, long shape candy, Bread, Instant noodles, waster ice, ice cream, Moon cake, medicine, Commodity, knife and fork, Hardware etc. Machine has a speed of 0 to 200 wraps per minute although this machine is usually hand fed and runs at lower speeds the machine can be fitted with various automatic feeds, such as conveyor infeed,magazine feed, vibration bowl feed, auto push feed and cross belt feed etc.

Function
●  Full servo operated wrapper. Three servo motors drive the conveyor feeding, film feeding
    and bag sealing;
●  Three Servo Motors and Touch Screen constitute the control and drive core, which greatly
    improves the control precision, speed range, reliability and intelligence of the whole
    machine; The locking of the cutting length, sealing temperature and other parameters is
    more precise;
●  Bafu‘s sealing technology for superior seal integrity and package quality;
●  Cantilever construction that provides for easy cleaning and maintenance, with easy

●  High accuracy photoelectric tracking system. Adopt high quality Encoder and the first
